On Monday, I will be starting a new book circle, with a steady client, in which we will be exploring resilience and how we respond to uncertainty. The book we chose to read to explore this topic is The Upsides of Uncertainty by Nathan Furr and Susannah Furr. As I was reflecting this week on what we could do for our first dive into the content, I had the idea of creating uncertainty monsters. Using Miro, and a fabulous Monster creation template, each participant will build out their own Uncertainty Monster. Give it color. Give it shape. Give it a name. Perhaps a personality. Maybe even a voice. I just had an idea. What about multiple monsters?
So many possibilities! We've all been through a lot of uncertainty over the last several years, and there is so much more to await us. Whether it be a chosen uncertainty, or one chosen for us, none of us can escape it. Are you navigating uncertainty at the moment? If your uncertainty were a monster, what might they look like?
