A book circle is based on a cohort model, where the same group meets to read and explore the ideas in a book on a regular basis over several months.
The goal is three-fold: 1) to create space for generative and transformational learning between and among people 2) to move beyond a book's ideas, to connecting and creating from those ideas 3) to create connection and community across a team, or across an organization |
Bespoke book-labs are online explorations, based primarily on the content of one book. Unlike the longer engagement of a book circle, these highly engaging spaces are for large groups that allow individuals to access the most important ideas from a book, and immediately take action around those ideas.
The book is the launch pad, and space is created for self-reflection and interconnection between participants. |
The Emerge Playground is an open, public space for curious leaders and non-fiction readers who want to grow alongside others—through play, reflection, and real conversation.
It's not a book club. Book clubs are for talking about books. This is about playing with ideas. Every session invites you to reflect, engage, debate, improvise, and experiment with big ideas. You can join one at a time, or opt for an annual membership |
