After spending 8 years coaching individuals, I now create, lead, and facilitate book-centered learning communities, whereby we can all learn and grow with and from each other. It proves to be a fabulous blend of my first career in education and educational leadership, with my last 8 years of coaching.

The EMERGE LEADERSHIP BOOK CIRCLE is for individual professionals who want to engage in cross-company and cross-cultural conversations to help improve their ability to learn and lead by putting the ideas into action. We are reading Leadership is Language by L. David Marquet for July and August.
ORGANIZATION SPECIFIC BOOK CIRCLES allow leaders and teams to reinvent how they learn and connect. Through the book circle model, they are able to step back from the day-to-day running of business, get a bird's eye view, and see where incremental changes can be made for the betterment of the employees, the customers, and their bottom line. This model creates a different kind of interaction and engagement, whereby each circle member has a voice and can be a leader for change.
