After spending over a decade in traditional education, and 8 years coaching individuals, I now combine the two to create, lead, and facilitate book-centered learning communities, whereby we can all learn and grow with and from each other.

CUSTOM BOOK CIRCLES allow leaders and teams to reinvent how they learn and connect. Through the book circle model, they are able to step back from the day-to-day running of business, get a bird's eye view, and see where incremental changes can be made for the betterment of the employees, the customers, and their bottom line. This model creates a different kind of interaction and engagement, whereby each circle member has a voice and can be a leader for change.
