If you like the idea of a series of workshops with shared content and shared context, but you worry that you don't have any readers, we can also arrange a series of learning circles based on different mediums - podcasts, TedTalks, articles, etc.
I design the workshops based on the shared content, to make it more engaging and transformational. |
Bespoke Workshop Facilitation

Love the ideas of learning from a book, but don't want to read the book, or don't have a team of readers.
Let me bring the main ideas to you, and create a workshop based on your needs. As with all of my facilitation, very little active teaching/training is involved, and instead I create space for the wisdom to emerge from amongst the participants. |
One-to-One Coaching

There are 2 options when it comes to coaching with me:
Book-based coaching takes what I do with organizational book circles and brings it to the individual. I guide you through the deep reading of a book, creating activities/exercises and reflection questions to support you to move to bring the ideas in the book to life. A la carte coaching is more open-ended, where you set the agenda each session, and I am there to ask the deep questions, or teach you different models, based on wherever you are in your life or career. |
