Payments: All paid services require payment in advance or at the time of service (or via agreed payment plan) and any failure to make payment on time, and in full, as per our agreement, may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your program or package.
No Refunds: I operate a strict no refunds policy on any of my programs or e-products, since your progress is your responsibility, as outlined in the previous sections, other than as permitted by law. In the event that you have been permitted to make payment by installments, you are responsible to complete all payments, irrespective of whether or not you decide to complete the programme you have invested in, and whether or not you have achieved the level of results expected.
Termination: EU sales are protected by a 14 day cooling off period, however where services are booked and taken within the 14 day period, your right to cancellation becomes null and void. This includes all e-products or e-courses. In all other circumstances, your agreement will be terminated one week after the completion of your program, unless otherwise outlined in your welcome email or contract.
