 My name is Theresa Destrebecq, and I am a facilitator and coach who supports organizations and individual leaders through book-centered learning communities. 

In order to better serve my clients, I am conducting research around what's working and what's not working within Learning and Development and Talent Management,
​ especially post COVID, with our move to more online and hybrid experiences.
