Beyond the book club -- into the playground.
For leaders and readers who want to explore books together --
not as a club, but as a playground.
not as a club, but as a playground.
What is it?
The Emerge Playground is a public offering for curious leaders and non-fiction readers who want to grow alongside others—through play, reflection, and real conversation.
Each month, we dive into a new book and theme, creating space for cross-company and cross-cultural learning. You’ll expand your perspective on what’s happening in business and leadership
across industries and around the world.
These are not trainings.
There are no slide decks.
No lectures.
No “sage on the stage.”
No recordings either.
Instead, every session invites you to reflect, engage, debate, improvise, and experiment with big ideas—so you can integrate them on your terms, in ways that matter to your work and life.
Reading the book is 100% voluntary.

Why join?
to expand your perspective through cross-company and cross-cultural learning.
to connect with others who are just as curious and committed to growth as you are.
to experiment with ideas in real time, not just read about them.
to experience community that makes reading and learning feel alive.

It's not a book club.
Book clubs are for talking about books.
This is about playing with ideas.
Come for the books.
Stay for the people and the play.
