This workshop invites you to slow down and explore the first chapter of Atlas of the Heart: Places We Go When Things Are Uncertain or Too Much.
Together, we’ll name these emotions, understand how they show up in our lives, and practice building language and awareness that can lighten their weight.

- Explore the "too much"emotions so that we can better differentiate what shows up when, and what to do with them
- Creatively reframe these "negative" emotions so that we can see them not as an enemy to be squashed, but a signpost to listen to
- Reflect on the 4 layers of emotion -- biology, backstory, biography, and behavior, allowing us to deeply understand ourselves and our emotions in new ways.
- Leave with language that helps us connect more clearly — with ourselves and with others.
