Beyond a Book Club.

A book circle is an intersection of training and community building -- it's collaborative and transformational learning rolled into one.

It's human connection through books.

The book acts as the platform and the subject-matter expert, and the facilitator acts as the bridge between consuming and creating, by way of connected, experiential learning.

4 Types of Book Circles To Choose From:

Peer Book Circles bring individual employees together to deeply explore a common text. They create an inter-networking opportunity across the organization.

Team Book Circles bring together a team around a shared text. They can focus the team on a common challenge or create a shared learning opportunity.

Bring Your Own Book Circles are fun, engaging spaces for colleagues to share and inspire one another with what they are reading. They connect avid readers across the organization.

Women In Leadership Book Circles are focused exclusively in supporting women to untap their leadership skills within their organizations.  In addition to working with women, I also facilitate cohorts of men to read books about women's work experiences, to give them perspective, and learn ways to amplify women's strengths within their organization.
