What you see above 👆 is a moment of frustration. Do you see it? Frankly, I don't see it either. But on the backside, you can see a few words indicating what I was annoyed about at the time. This technique, inspired by therapist Pavel Piskarev, allows me to transform annoyances into art, using a piece of paper, a pen, and whatever else I have on hand. Piskarev says that all problems are born from the logical mind, and that the solution can often be accessed through the creative mind. I have examples of these all around my house. I have even taught the technique to my kids. Though, I am not formally trained in the method, I am excited to share what I do know at this year's NeverDoneBefore festival, which is starting TOMORROW for 48 hours. (It's also the last one.) If you would like to join me, and the 200+ others participating, it would be great to see you there, and experience some amazing facilitation alongside you. My session is on Friday morning at 9:00am CET. I will put the link in the comments! A huge shout-out to Marie Louise Williams for originally introducing me to the method.
