Many of us think of defiance as something bad. Something that rebels and ingrates, and law-breakers do. Yet, by not defying, we get stuck in group think. We go along to get along. We stay quiet when our insides are screaming “no, no, no.” Often the risks are too high — personally, professionally, even physically. As a result, we are left out of alignment, out of integrity. But, what if small acts of defiance can get us back to our values, and back to ourselves? Starting on May 12th, I am hosting a 7 session book circle using the book Defy by Dr. Sunita Sah as our content, with a group of up to 20 of you as our connectors and co-creators. If you’re interested in joining this Spring book circle, here’s the landing page to enroll: https://www.emergebookcircles.com/defy-community-circle.html#/ I would love to explore this book with you, if you are able to join.
